I ordered a washing machine and also paid for it to be installed. Their couriers, Caulfield Transport and their plumbing contractor, Master Care, don't communicate as they don't install in my area despite me paying for this service at checkout.
I thought I'd go with an Irish owned company instead of the big guys at Curry's or DID and give them a chance.. I regret putting my faith in this company. I will never use them again.
