I was looking for a relatively new product which was either out of stock or more expensive with other companies. Electricity not only had it in stock, but cheaper than all the competitors. There was an issue with the delivery (courier, not Electrocity) where the item had no update after a day of being collected by the courier. I contacted Electrocity and the issue was resolved immediately, with a new order through and the item arriving the following day (actually within 24 hours of receiving the email) while they sorted out the delivery issue on the original item themselves. I've honestly never experienced such an immediate resolution to an issue with a company ever. I'll be buying every appliance I need from here going forward. Fantastic company and fantastic staff.
