I was hesitant to go because of the reviews but I am so glad I did. I had to wait about 15 min on the phone before I was helped since they were busy but it was so worth it.
Steven was SO helpful! He also surprised me with a fantastic shipping g method at the very end as I was paying. He was nice enough to help me transfer all of my contacts and pictures to my new phone. I would definitely come back because of the great customer service he gave me!
