These folks are fantastic, so patient and so helpful. Adam in particular sat with me for so long over the phone while we wanted to buy a new phone and replace our old phones, and worked through all of the complexity of the data transfers. He even helped me with details and shipping information. This could have been a really stressful process but instead it was pleasant as I chatted with Adam and his colleague Melvin.
