Best customer service I've had anywhere in years. Please buy everything here and keep this store in up and running! I recently bought a new unlocked phone online and had trouble transferring the old account. I made three trips here over several days (for reasons that were completely my fault and not theirs). Two unreasonably kind, patient, and knowledgeable guys got me up and running, and all they charged me was a nominal fee for the new SIM card needed to fix the problem. The only reason I bought this phone elsewhere was that it was not available through Verizon, but I will make every attempt to buy future upgrades here.
