I called them to ask some questions about a certain phone and was immediately impressed from their kindness, and was able to get a new cell phone from their website all in all within less than 20 minutes. Moshe, one of the representatives there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services. Highly recommended and we'll be buying more phones from them.
