I was cautious about which website to purchase a new phone but the selection was huge and they had what I wanted. The price was higher than I liked but the assistance I received when I called with questions was very helpful, and I felt the person was an expert and made certain I was purchasing the right phone for my phone service. And I had selected the wrong phone. But with help, I received the correct phone. Appears new as advertised even though there is no booklet or original packaging. Shipping was fairly fast (I am used to ATT overnight shipping) and email updates on shipping were nice. The best part was that someone answered the phone when I called for help. I usually purchase my phones from eBay vendors and take a chance with this website. So far so good!
