Finally upgraded from an old ssung slider to a galaxy s21 plus. Adam made the process such a breeze. No far-out, trick questions about changing my plan or anything. The transfer from my old phone to new took about 20/25 minutes, but that was to be expected. I felt super comfortable and welcomed when I spoke with him over the phone, he such an awesome guy!
