Oh wow- Melvin you are a true earth angel. Had a day where just one thing after the other kept raining down on me, including my phone just giving up. Melvin helped me get everything together, so calm and so helpful, and yes i have purchased from them before all this happened and this review as well, product came truthful to the advertisement. Truly the least painful experience I’ve ever had buying a new phone- didn’t feel taken advantage of in the least (which I usually do!)- Can’t say enough good things about her! Thank you, thank you.
