Highest recommendation for this vendor, in general, and melvin, specifically. First: the storefront website is extremely easy to navigate through. Second: melvin provided phenomenal service to me, my boyfriend over the phone and especially my 82 year old mother, who was switching phones and services. Melvin was extremely helpful, patient, did not rush my mother and treated us like we were his only customers. He went above and beyond, assisting my mother, who was nervous about the whole process. Excellent all-around customer service from Melvin, for sure! (I would be remiss if I did not mention the other staff, who were also courteous and helpful). If Melvin is any example of Electronicsforce's caliber of employee, I have no qualms recommending anyone who is thinking of switching devices and purchasing from their online store!
