Changing my review to 5 stars! Had an amazing experience with the team when I managed to get a hold of someone. It is a breathe of fresh air to hear a manager who cares about his customers and potential customers as much as Adam does. They listened to my situation and sat down and gave me all the scenarios depending on what phone I wanted.
