It’s more about online shopping rather through a person or phone call. But I prefer it that way, because you save time and you understand that your information is more secured when you don't give it to someone over the phone and would also probably like to throw in more stuff at your order so you pay more. George is an outstanding representative. I highly recommend that you seek him out. His dogged determination to provide the finest in customer service is rare in today’s world. It’s clear he takes pride in electronicsforce and even more so in his service. I had a lot of trouble porting my number and he stuck right with it and made it happen after getting my new device from them. He’s a very nice guy and you really feel he cares.
