My Galaxy s8 was somehow cracked on the side (probably during shipping). I contacted their customer service, and was immediately answered, checked in and told my wait time. Steve assisted me in doing an advance replacement for me on the spot, I provided a tracking number for the damaged phone and they quickly sent my exchange out. Steve was very helpful, professional and reminded me of my grandson trying to explain all the new bells and whistles of my highly different Phone. His patience in going over everything multiple times was appreciated. He didn’t say “ boomer” once!! 😂 Thanks Steve.
