It was all due to the remarkable service provided by your customer service rep, jack!! He not only expertly handled all my technical issues, he went above and beyond in so many ways. He provided me with the latest information and actually found ways to help me get a phone set up after I got it, and methods on how to make my phone run better I never expected to be this incredibly satisfied with electronicsforce. The only reason this happened is because of the profoundly excellent service jack provided. He is truly the best customer service rep I have worked with! Bravo !!!
