Idk if it's just me or these guys can do better. I purchased a phone from them a while ago but at first I didn't know why it took them so long to ship out my package (I paid for USPS ground which takes maximum 7 business days to arrive) and I got my phone in 10 days, I got my phone and turns up I got the wrong phone, I called them up and told them my story but they were so nice and gave a refund for the shipping and were willing to exchange the phone for me, it's a shame that it took time till I got my phone but at least I didn't pay for shipping and got my money back for it.
