They were the same damn documents. So I submitted them again and they said they will validate my account after a "short" amount of time. They blocked me. I was able to recover my life savings from Etoro through a cybersec firm called privycript ltd. I was able to use the services of privycript, i have gotten all my money back. It's dangerous to use Etoro. There is a lot of problems with their platform, half the time it displays irrelevant charts, has expensive spread, always signs me out and I can go on...
