I tried to place a order for some trousers, when I came to pay, I could not place the order, as it requires a mobile phone number. Now I have chosen to live without a mobile phone so I cannot order from them! When I emailed a complaint to get this sorted, I got a terse, ignorant, email basically saying ho hum. There were no questions regarding what the problem was? How could it be sorted out? All I can say is that you have lost a customer because of your bone idol attitude towards customer care or lack of in this case!
