What a top company! One of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Over the last two months I have bought around 20 or so items and all but two of them arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I would also say that the defects in those two items were not immediately apparent and after a brief and pleasant exchange of emails with the excellent customer service team (Yvette and Steve in my case) they were replaced immediately and efficiently. Hard to see how this company could improve.
