The Dutch Army Haix boots were my first order, and I'm very impressed with both the boots and the service. The boots, judging by the soles were worn once or twice. Any other marks were from storage, as best I can tell. The quality is superb (not surprised as I have another pair of Haix), with soft supple leather, even as near new. I quite like the smart lace system as well. A quality pair of boots at an amazing price. Finally, they arrived the day after they shipped, on a Saturday. I was impressed. Highly recommended.
