I bought a pair of haix gortex desert boots last year and was so pleased I ordered a second pair. When the second pair came the back of the boots broke, I emailed them that day and sent them the pictures, they apologize and the next day I had a new pair of the exact same boot. Being an ex army soldier and loving the outdoors I have tried many boots from other sites but will order from nowhere else but here. I've gone on to buy more kit from here and recommend it to friends in and out of forces. Really happy 👍
