Company and products look great (on the website).
Unfortunately, I'll never know if they are any good, since the courier (DPD) took a photo of some random location (not my house / address) to "prove" that I wasn't in.
Anyway, long story short, Jay (FU&K) was polite, but didn't facilitate a (re)delivery that day or anytime soon.
So, I've asked for a refund, which will, no doubt, take over a week.
All in all, a day off work, a wasted morning emailing, with no goods to show for it.
