This was my second purchase from FU&Kit, Always great company with superb customer service. My first order included some crampons and one was damaged but a replacment was sent out by return post at no cost to me. My recent purchase was a folding snow shovel with cover and WW2 battle dress jacket, both items were delivered very quickly and even better than described. This is internet shopping at its very best !!!
