Ordered a pair of S-Grade boots that arrived mouldy. When I sent high quality photos of the issue, there was no dispute from the company over their condition, I was simply told by the General Manager that this was acceptable due to how they had been stored. My argument was that if their condition had changed during storage, then they should be re-classed to represent this. Returned for a refund and I am now out of pocket (postage both ways) over £14 for the luxury of looking at a pair of mouldy boots. I have also left a review on their product page, however it is yet to appear and only the glowing reviews are visible.
