I am happy with the items I ordered, but am very disappointed that I had to pay $10 for shipping just for my items to have no bubble wrap, be crammed into a box they don’t fit into, and arrive with the box they shipped in all smushed and then the boxes the items came in be smushed as well. Kind of seems like I paid the shipping fee for the box to get kicked around. If I do order from Glacier Hobbies again, I would hope that the items are cared for a bit more during the shipping process. I know sometimes that it can’t be helped when boxes are dropped or aren’t handled with care on their way to their destination, but using packaging that has adequate room for the items as well as bubble wrap or other things to protect the items could prevent boxes being smushed.
