Ordered a claddagh ring for my daughter on the 14th for Xmas, and was guaranteed Xmas delivery. Got an email that evening saying it had shipped what was odd as I was getting it engraved! Two days later another email saying they were waiting on another item but would still be here for Xmas, again odd as I only ordered 1 thing! Either way nothing came and I’ve sent plenty of ignored Emails!!! After looking through Trust Pilot I can clearly see I’m not alone, in fact this behaviour seems to be the norm with Glencara year after year which is why I’m seeking advice from Trading Standards ASAP......
