DON'T ORDER/DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE I ordered a ring from Glencara on December 17, 2020. In their shipping section they include the following: "USA & Canada: 1-2 days with Fedex (Guaranteed) (Next day to East coast of USA per map at end). 3-5 Business days with **** First-Class mail. 3-10 business days with Free Priority Airmail ". I paid the extra cost for expedited shipping. I contacted Glencara to ask the status within the expedited timeframe, they responded that my ring was handmade (bull****) and that it was going through quality control, but that they could expedite a silver one as a placeholder until my gold one was ready. I responded that "No, I just want what I paid for". I received the silver one the next day!! I have attempted to get in contact with Glencara at least six to eight times since then and have not received any response. My next steps are to submit a fraudulent claim to VISA, and post this on every medium that I can so others are not scammed.
