If I could give them negative stars I would. Either they're the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with or shysters. I ordered 3 pairs of earrings and a necklace, spent a fair amount of money, on the day after Thanksgiving and only received one pair of earrings prior to Christmas. Finally received my wife's necklace a week and half later, but poor quality for the money. And now still waiting for the other 2 pairs of earrings. Purchase at your own risk!
