I ordered a ring and received an e-mail confirming my order. I then received another e-mail telling me it had been dispatched. This was not true.
When I received no sign of the delivery, I contacted them and they said it was because I had selected "not sure" for the size. This was foolish of me, but the website should not allow customers to select an option which the company cannot provide.
I rectified the issue, and they assured my that the item would arrive within the next three days. It took over two weeks before the package arrived.
