I like the service of the 1U branch waaay better than the Sunway branch! The staff are friendly, helpful and thorough. I can feel the stark difference between the experience I get from both branches! I feel it’s worth the money if the staff put in care and effort, plus this is considered a standardized facial treatment (since it’s all in the machine settings), so the difference will lie in the service attitude and care. If it’s just the laser and nothing else then the price is not worth it because the laser type is an outdated technology (but with proven safety and results that’s why I go back to this). Nichole did an outstanding job, and she was thorough and careful, made sure to pause during the oxyglo treatment too so that I can breathe! (Unlike the sessions I had in Sunway) My mom and sis had their treatments 3 years ago at Glo Sunway and they still strongly recommend this. I will also recommend Glo to my friends but I’ll make sure they go to the 1U branch instead :)
