The product was well packaged. The cereal did hold up and after a few mins in the milk did retain the crunch. The two things that I would like to see improved were:
1. flavours: you really have to concentrate to tell what they are. Very subtle. would like to see these a bit stronger.
2. Sweetness: Really not sweet at all. more sweetener please.
All that said, would buy again because its a great quick and easy protein rich breakfast.
