A good selection of flavours. Lovely and crunchy cereal that's filling. Its helped me with my sugar craving whilst filling me up so I don't nibble on more food. It does have a pea flavour so can be off-putting to others. Its a little dry, but easily resolved with more milk. The texture after chewing it can become mushy and paste like. It's one of the better health cereal I've had. Cinnamon is lovely, but can be overpowering. Peanut butter brownie taste fades away after a few chews. Cocoa is like eating dark chocolate so don't eat it if you don't like it. I'm not a fan of coconut but these are nice to eat. Salted caramel and strawberry are my favourites.
