Facilities are good, although there has been some recent issues with the pool and steam room. Changing rooms are clean and tidy, showers are nice and hot. Majority of staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, although there are a few younger staff members who can barely smile or look up at you to welcome you. Sometimes the immaturity of these young staff members can be seen with them giggling and joking amongst themselves and making inappropriate comments towards people’s appearance/attire. It can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable depending on what staff are working.
