This company is a scam! I placed an order nearly 3 months ago and it hasn’t been fulfilled nor delivered. I tried to reach out on Instagram as this company is Instagram based. I got a curt “email customer service” in response. I got no response to my email that I sent nearly a month ago. Any comment I post inquiring about my order has been deleted. Other girls have personally messaged me saying that Hidden Cosmetics is a scam and that they too have paid hundreds of dollars and never received their orders either. There has even been an Instagram set up to try to prevent others from losing their money too. A simple google result will show you that hundreds have suffered the same fate. Yet Hidden Cosmetics still continues to dupe people into buying products they can’t fulfill by doing insta giveaways and drawings. It’s madness. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
