I ordered a package 3 weeks Ago And did get tracking i live in the us and they did respond to my email at all and responded in the check out. I emailed them Again and this is what i said below “An option for no tracking make no sense as a choice for shipping…… every one should be able to track any package a company is selling no matter what. So that option should be there anyway. Ad second i didn’t make the order one of my grandparents did. They aren’t internet savvy. So they must of clicked it by accident. That option of no tracking entirely makes no sense. Who would want to track their package ESPECIALLY if it’s coming from international. That’s even more Reason to track it and then to charge someone for not tracking is obsurd. It just doesn’t make sense as a business point of view. And yes i understand how shipping works internationally and back. If just doesn’t make sense to have an option like that especially you knowing that it can possibly be lost in shipment but international carriers and usps facilities…. Seems you guys are indirectly saying you don’t care if the person receives it or not as long as you get their Money.. lol rubbish man….. smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ you guys have to better . And also if you gonna respond to customers. Respond on a professional level though your email. Bit in the receipt. Thank you lol that’s what you info email is for. “
