Terrible company. I was quoted £59.95 on phone to open a locked internal door as has lost a key. I was NOT told this was a call out charge. When he got to my house I discovered 2 other locked doors needed opening. He told me each opening of the locked door was £180 plus vat. Feeling vulnerable and desperate to get the job done as taken time off work I paid over £700. Only by then talking to another company was I made aware that this was a complete ripoff. I didn’t even replace the locks. The work took no more than 45 minutes in all which equates to over £1000 per hour labour. Who earns that ! I have emailed the company but no response from them. I have been a mug and been completely mugged off. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. there are many honourable companies out there.
