Just bought my second rug from you. From the Renuu range. The first was almost a year ago. It has been washed every ten days or so because we have a dog, and all the muck that entails, and it still looks great. In some ways even better as it has aged. Dries quickly, and rolling it for a bit before laying means it lays perfectly again. I have just received my new one and I have no doubts about it looking good for a long time too! It is fab, beautiful colours-true to the pics, and has really pulled my sitting room together ... without breaking the bank ... always a bonus. One thing for your design team. The stitching on mine is bright white so looks a bit synthetic which takes away from the rug itself. I have remedied that because I have painting knowledge and know what I can comfortably do. Maybe consider using a more fitting yarn for the edging. Even a grey or pale brown so the contrast is not so stark? I would highly recommend a rug from you. Speedy service, great product.
