Ordering the rug was easy. The online store made my requirements as simple as ticking a few boxes, then choosing the best rug for me from what was offered. This is the 4th Kukoon rug I've ordered. I'd like to think I've sent some customers your way as I've been complimented on the rugs in my house. The delivery driver very kindly send a friendly text message with the day and time he'd be there. I left some instructions in case I wasn't home and he was very obliging!
