I recently ordered from Luggage Superstore and was quite disappointed with the delivery service. Despite clearly stating in my order that the parcel (a 12 kg large carton) should be kept in my enclosed porch, the delivery was mishandled by the courier service (DPD). Instead of following the instructions, the parcel was returned and delivered to the post office, which caused me significant inconvenience. Bringing such a large and heavy parcel from the post office was quite difficult, especially without any conveyance, and I had to take time out of my busy schedule to do so during work hours. If I hadn't specified the delivery instructions, I wouldn't be complaining, but in this case, they were ignored. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with the service.
