paid for next day delivery for american tourister set. i was supposed to receive it two days ago. raised inquiry with the luggage superstore, they didnot sort it out. contacted the terrible dpd myself and was told it was redirected automatically to a locker- which i did not request, but as it didnot fit into a locker it was taken to their depot and would be delivered to my address once they are directed by the luggage superstore. luggage superstore is not bothering contacting them - and i am left with no suitcases for my travel all thanks to the inefficient delivery team chosen by the luggage superstore with no follow up despite requests
