When it's fully functional, the software is great and works very well. However, it's the single piece of software that causes the most IT problems for me. I suspect this is due to it being an add-in within MS Outlook - with frequent updates to Outlook, problems are sometimes encountered with Mail Manager, which stops it from filing/opening correctly etc. Also, the add-in often gets turned off as it's classed as a slow/unresponsive add-in.
