£125 policy cancelation admin fee when all you are doing is speaking with someone over a chatbox is abhorrent. The cancelation fee is more than a months policy cover. Amidst the other expenses this company will bolt on, the staff were also extremely unhelpful. Safe to say I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
