Very very poor costumer service , waiting 2 weeks on the livechat to get an answer (simple to check a file) advisors redirecting you from one department to another all day long. TRICKY AGREMENT , in case of non fault incident they take from the car outlay the premium for entire year , doesn’t ask if you do accept or not.
