We booked meet and greet and followed the instructions ringing the number 25 minutes before our arrival. The only number available on all instructions and the website.
The person who answered said sorry we have no drivers. Ring head office, gave a number and hung up.
The head office number he gave just rang and rang.
We rang the original number again several times and when he eventually answered (to my husbands phone number) he repeated the same information. When I explained that he has taken our money already, he just hung up.
They are fraudsters.
