Very bad and disorganised customer service. I booked online (and paid) but I didn't receive any booking confirmation. I sent two emails: no answer. I called the number in their web page and a driver answered to me. I managed to get the number of the admin department, I called and asked for the booking confirmation. Three days later nothing was sent. I then wrote to say that I was cancelling my booking and magically... somebody replied to my email stating that it was too late. I lost my money, they are not going to reimburse me. The system is set to be misleading, I would say "borderline fraudulent". DO NOT USE IT
