I love this product, at first I had a few aches and pains, I think this was due to my diet, You feel as though you want to eat a lot healthier when you take this, I do have more energy, and sleep a lot better, My skin and hair have improved, also, overall a big uplift in my everyday life, so much more calmer a beautiful sense of peace, and I will be perching more, Thank you.
