The only company I've ever ordered from that bothered to read the "any additional comments about your order" box where I requested them to have the courier hold my package at the local depot rather than deliver to the chosen address. I was kept up to date throughout the order (by phone and email), all parts were correct and arrived together the next day (despite coming from different warehouses). Faultless.
