I tried to order a Vivotek IP7361 camera but on the first attempt my bank blocked the transaction. NetworkWebcams spotted I'd run into a problem and left me a voicemail asking if they could help whilst I was still on the phone to the bank. Re-ordered the item, it dispatched within a couple of hours and was delivered the next day by TNT. I found NetworkWebcams pricing to be very competitive too. Most of the various cameras I looked at were cheaper than their competitors, with only a couple priced a few pounds more. The QNAP range of NVR's are priced a good few hundred pounds less than Amazon! My one gripe is the dispatch confirmation e-mail didn't tell me which courier it had been sent by or what the tracking number was. In future please can you include this information in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.
