I was skeptical before ordering for shipping in USA and ordered Butterfly products after some checks. Price are good and shipment arrived with a day delay which is normal for any international shipping. I wasn't sure about custom duty which is mentioned on website that shipping carrier may charge but not charged for my items. I wish there are more choices as far as colors and products. The chat always shows OFFLINE which mean you can't get answer immediately. Note that I have not sent any email so not sure the responce time. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
