I loved this product because I could use it often and had no sensitivity. My teeth have always been very sensitive, so to find a product that does not cause that issue is great. My only issue was that the lightening connector to my phone/usb started glitching. I just needed to request them to send me a new one, and they sent it for free. I love novashine!
