This purchase had the usual helpful and courteous efficiency and supplied another delightful item. The packaging was however not quite up to the usual standard with a less sturdy and overlarge box, which meant that the item arrived crumpled in one corner. No harm done, but not the usual excellent presentation. Having said that, this is observation merely as in all other respects N.Peal is a super company with beautiful products and is a pleasure to transact with.
